Collection: Burnout
Burnout is a state of persistent fatigue, exhaustion, low mood and/or anxiety, low motivation and brain fog. You might struggle to make decisions as easily as you used to. You might find yourself declining invitations. You might also find that you’re easily over-stimulated by noise, activity and overwhelmed by even simple daily tasks and requests. It’s usually preceded by a period of prolonged, or otherwise severe stress but not always. You also might still be in the early stages of ‘adrenal stress’ called the WIRED or WIRED and TIRED stage where you are anxious, restless and struggling to sleep well.
