FIT40 is designed for men and women between 35–55 years old looking for a metabolic reset, better hormonal balance, or want to take proactive steps to attain better energy, improved gut health or prevent cognitive and physical decline.

Who should NOT do this program?

This program is not suitable for women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. We also recommend consulting your doctor before starting if you have any serious medical conditions

Can both men and women do FIT40?

Yes. FIT40 is tailored to both men and women. While the hormonal and metabolic shifts of midlife look different for each, the foundations of the program nutrition, gut health, movement, nervous system regulation and daily reflection are equally relevant and effective for everyone.

How much does FIT40 cost and what is included?

Is there a consultation involved?

No. FIT40 is an online self-guided program and does not include a consultation with a healthcare provider. If you have specific health concerns or would prefer personalised guidance, we recommend speaking with an integrative or functional medicine practitioner before starting.

Does the program include supplements?

Certain supplements and functional foods are suggested as part of the program, but none are mandatory. Where supplements are suggested, these are well-known, generally well-tolerated options that can support your results. Any choices around supplements are made at your own discretion.

Will I need a lot of time each day?

No. FIT40 is designed to fit into real life. The daily check-ins, journaling and breathwork practices are intentionally concise — most days require no more than 20–30 minutes of focused attention, plus whatever movement you choose to incorporate.

What do I need to get started?

Very little - most of what you need you likely already have at home:

• A yoga or workout mat

• Access to Spotify or Apple Music

• A glass or stainless steel water bottle (please avoid plastic)

Can I buy the program now and start it later?

Yes, absolutely. Once you purchase FIT40, you can begin whenever you feel ready. You will have access to all program content for 12 months from the date of purchase, so there's no pressure to start immediately.

Do I have to complete all 40 days?

The full 40-day program is designed to give you the most meaningful results, but it is not mandatory to complete every single day. You can move at your own pace.

What preparation is required before I start?

Very little. The first few days of the program ease you in gently, giving you all the information you need before the full program begins. You'll receive clear guidance on nutrition, movement, breathwork and daily habits — everything is laid out step by step so you always know what to do next.

Is it a plant-based or vegan diet?

No. The nutritional guidance within FIT40 focuses on a low-inflammatory way of eating rather than a specific dietary label. If you are vegan or vegetarian, you can absolutely still do the program — the principles apply regardless of your dietary preferences.

Will I lose weight on FIT40?

Weight loss is a common side effect for many participants, particularly as inflammation reduces and metabolism improves. However, FIT40 is not a weight loss program — it is a vitality program. The focus is on how you feel: your energy, your hormones, your clarity and your relationship with your own body. Weight tends to follow naturally when those foundations are in place.
