I am still using NAC, alongside other treatments, to help treat my symptoms of Long-Covid. I had my appointment with Dr Murray two weeks ago and the blood tests have revealed that there is an improvement.

I am on day 19 of the Gut review program. It has gone much smoother than I anticipated! I made a point of eating 3 times a day, trying to include protein and fiber each time, drinking 2 litres of water a day, and I have not had any cravings for anything sweet as I don’t get hungry between meals. I am doing it for the health benefits but a lovely ‘side effect’ was losing a bit of weight, I also noticed by chance that a rough patch that I have had above my knees (that’s been there for years) has gone and I’m feeling less anxious and less uptight.
My friend and I did the Gut Reset Program together. We both found it easier than we thought it would be. The few days that are set aside to prepare yourself for the program helped me a lot.
