I absolutely loved Leah’s Gut Health Reset! The plan, the guidance, and the overall flow were fantastic. Everything felt so well thought out and supportive. The food and recipes were amazing, and the 5 days of prep really helped me get into the right mindset and stay on track. I also really love the journaling.
I’ve noticed such great results, my skin is glowing, my mind feels clearer, my sleep has improved, and my inflammation has gone down. I’ll definitely be keeping morning aloe and evening bone broth as part of my daily routine, and I’ll also continue adding fermented foods to my meals, they make such a difference.
